Hi Scott;

What I found to be the easiest way to measure epoxy in any quantity was through the use of a scale. A 1 lb. mechanical postal scale lets me mix quantities as low as an ounce accurately, and I now have a digital job (I keep it in a zip lock bag when I use it! :)) that resolves 1 gram. This method also lets you use the hundreds of little plastic cups that everything from applesauce to yogurt is packaged in. Just zero the scale with the cup on board before pouring/pumping epoxy.

The slight difference between the volume/weight ratio of the resin and hardener has never been a problem, and I must have mixed hundreds of batches by now.

Best Regards, Spidey
