would be, in the example you give, to use 5.5 pounds of hardener, or a 12 to 5.5 ratio by weight. Should be able to make the proper calculations to match your epoxy system.

But, as Pete points out, do the math first and you can mix by weight without getting into trouble. Sounds pretty simple.
