when I built my coho, it was obvious that you had to file one panel, as a sharp corner couldn't fit into a rounded corner (mine looked what is shown in the instruction book. if pygmy said that they changed, it should be fairly clear, as they will be two matching radius'. This is probably a nice improvement, and will allow the deck pieces to go together a little more cleanly...
