The Guillemot displaces 215 pounds at its DWL (Design Water Line). If your weight plus that of the boats totals 230 pounds the boat will sit a couple of tenths of an inch lower in the water. That is not going to affect the performance significantly. That said, the Guillemot is not a high volume boat, and I imagine that it is possible to load it past the point of reasonable performance with a combination of heavy paddler and lots of gear.
