I think epoxy sticks to dry PR better than PR sticks to dry PR, is that true ?
2.
Is there somekind of paint that will adhere well to wood & PR ?
& is cheap enough to beat epoxy ?
so it will make the PR stick very well to a wood covered with that paint.
