The only thing left to do is finish the seat and spray a couple more coats of varnish on. I seem to recall a thread a few months ago about using Valcro to hold the seat down. Is contact cement strong enough to hold the Valcro to the inside of the hull or is some mechanical means more practical? It seems like the Valcro base would pull up with the seat if it was just glued to a basically smooth surface like the inside of the hull. Should I rough it up and them glue?
