: there. I don't think they'd come up without 40 grit.

Tried a light spray of WD-40 yet? Sometimes this penetrating spray will soften glued on materials if you let it sit a bit after spraying.

I also like lighter fluid, or naptha. They don't seem to hurt fiberglass, but they soften many glues.
