Fein v. Porter-Cable Shop Vac Opinions?

Hooking a RO sander up to a vacuum is a great way to avoid spreading dust everywhere when sanding. Recent postings to this site have discussed the relative merits of various types and brands of sanders.

Anyone have an opinion on shop vacs? Fein and Porter-Cable both make excellent high-end vacuums. I willing to spend $$ for a good one, but I can't decide which to get. Any other worthy alternatives?
