hello everyone!
i've included a photo of my jig (if you can call it that) that i'll be making my coaming with. what i've done so far is get the outline of the coaming from off the plans and onto my deck . i'm building on the deck upside down, that way i'm certain not to goober up the topside. i then cut out some of the wood so i can gain enty to the interior of my boat. i then traced the pattern onto some cheap 3/4 particle board. after that was done i cut it into segments and hot met glued the seperate chunks down. what i've got to do next is steam the wood. walnut and basswood. well, it sounds good on paper anyway. anyone forsee problems tha i might have missed?
