sea kayaker august 1999 has a article on building a electric pump system.

you can get a full kit from him for $90.00 (that includes shipping and handleing
in the us and canada). you can get the back-issue it will run about $5.00 it has a full parts list with part# and maker.
I am instaling them into the two kayaks I am working on.
