Sorry about the delay in getting back to you but I've been shuttling kids to and from hockey at a feverish pace.
I don't have a scanner as of yet but if you want to email me (at the above address) with your snail-mail address I'll get a copy in the mail to you (probably faster than driving across town and then trying to figure out my brothers scanner). I will also try to scan it and post it when I get time. Who knows what what kind of product we might end up with by the time the great minds on this board are finished with it.
