Hi Don,
I can't comment on Industial Formulators (or any other epoxy) as I am building my first kayak and just getting to the fibreglassing stage. As I live in northern BC, I pretty much have to order everything but the wood in. I picked up the System 3 epoxy from Alvis Marine when I was in Vancouver last summer. It cost $18.00 Cdn per liter.
