Sand the glass until the white spots dissapear but not though the seal coat to bare wood.

What boat are you building? If it's a North Star you can wrap the bow in glass again but it can be hard to do without air pockets. To solve this problem stretch and tape some clear kitchen plastic wrap over the wet glass to press it around the bow shape. Try to get as many wrinckles out of the plastic wrap as you can. Then fill the weave with several coats of resin.

I no longer try to wrap glass around the upper bow piece, just apply numerous coats of resin.
