Hi Dale

While I don't agree with george's manner, something is going on here that you need to pay attention to. Your son, someone you love and cherish is having physical reactions to your hobby. What voice does he have except unknowing congestion and discomfort. I'm afraid it approaches pathos.

No matter what material data sheets tell you about other epoxies or even this specific one , you have some fundamental specific data here talking to you. Listen.

Take your project outside. Buy/borrow a made glass yak for the interim. What's really important here??
