If you are interested in a Greenland kayak, built in the native style, I recommend using H.C. Petersen's "Instruction in Kayak Building" (text in English, Danish, Greenlandic), in addition to Chris Cunningham's two articles. The articles and book complement each other and help to fill gaps of understanding that come from using a single source. Just one warning, most European builders prefer to place the cockpit further aft than Petersen recommends, use the method described by Chris Cunningham.
