It depends on the moisture level when you’re working. That's why I have a temp/ humidity gage in my shop. The polyurethane glue loves moisture so at 85% + its sets fast and well. 70% to 85% is Okay. Below 70% I'd mist the strips with a spray bottle before applying glue.
It's worth doing a couple test panels (bulkheads) using this glue if you haven't used it before to get the feel of it and to test the moisture levels. Test the panels the next day to see if the glue breaks when you flex the panel.
I used some in low moisture once and it turned to powder as I scraped off the excess. So if in doubt spray with water. More water and more heat speeds the set-up.
Oh, and it does help if you actually read the instructions on the label.
