My first thought would be to check the phone book for any local fiberglass fabricators in your area. Call or drop by their establishment(s) and see if they would be interested in doing a small job like this for you at a reasonable price.

After that head over to www.fibreglast.com and read the whole website. You may want to get one of their videos or books.

If you go back about 4 days you can find a thread on this board that refers to Ray Jardine's website. He shows how he built a mold and then molded his sea kayak. similar process for a squirt boat.
