Do some experiments with acetone or other solvents. Epoxy might work, but you will get a better bond if you can dissolve the plexiglass a little and then weld the two pieces together. Press the pieces together and then drip a little acetone along the joint, letting capilary action suck in the liquid. Leave clamped until dried.
