So, after searching around for a two part polyurethane, finding and buying the same, I finally got the temp window I needed and I set off for the great paint.

The problem was not on the first coat. It went on great, smooth and consistent. I got the feel of the paint and began tipping out in very short sections. I discarded the first roller, a short nap roller recommended by the paint dealer, let the stuff dry for two hours and came back for the second coat. All to the mfrs specs. So far so good. The second coat prep was the same. This time the roller began to SHED fibre.Two hours later I have a glossy, white shag kayak. Can sanding remove the fuzz and provide a good base for a third coat? How much sanding? How long for the paint to cure? I was told that the foam rollers would cause a problem. What do I have now? Help. Brian
