i'm useing the fiberglass tape per your suggestion. do you remember how much resin it took to fill the weave? i've gone over it 3-5 times and now filling with micro-ballons and raka. i've put (ok maybe overkill) five layers of the tape on the two foot section of the bow and stern (ran at 45* ot either side then 90* orientation to the keel line)which will be subject to the most abuse. now all i've got to do is sand, sand, sand. can you think of anything i may have forgotten?
