Thanks for the ideas. "Saves time" seems to work, as does the suggestion that an ros would be handy for future home improvement (higher on her list of priorities than boat building). As for using it when it comes to her building her own kayak, well, she hasn't shown an interest yet; seems happy with her Nautiraid folder.
