Increase Guillemot size

I am about to build a Guillemot kayak per Nicks book, but would like to increase the size so it will be more roomy in the cockpit. Can I make it similar to the Guillemot L by just increasing ALL dimensions by 6% ? Is it that simple?
Also, does any one have a source for cove and bead cutters for a shaper? I've seen plenty of messages for router bits, but nothing for a shaper.
