The Adobe file is the documentation/tutotrial. This is good. Open if you can in Adobe or go back to website and print the documentation from there.

Look for a downloaded Zipfile (I always loved my Mac) which could be anyplace if you weren't careful where you put it.

You will also probably have something there to un zip it.
