As per Jim, go to your start menu (Win95, 98, ME, NT4.0) and using the "Find" command look for files named WinZip. If you find this, good. If not, you can go to the WinZip site and download a "demo" version. Using the same Find utility open the Advanced search tab and mouse yourself to "files created within" (not "modified")and select a period that will include your BB download date. There will be a zillion files as Win creates all kinds of stuff as part of its internal operations. Click on the "type" block in the title bar to arrange the files by type. You're looking for an compressed file type. The icon has a woodclamp in it. This should be the BB file you want to decompress using WinZip. You can open winZip and select your BB file or click on the BB icon and it may decompress itself. Good luck.
