epoxy vapor

In 1999 I fiberglassed a canoe with system three epoxy. It was not recomended to use a respirator. The cleanup was with amonia which I only used outside as these fumes were obviously harmful. My question is which epoxy systems or brands are dangerous to ones health? I'm a long way from glassing but I have already purchased the glass and epoxy from New found woodworks. I intend on watching the glassing video but can someone tell me what to expect from this brand of epoxy now? The system three was so, how can I describe it, no fumes? seemingly harmless. Before everyone thinks I committed the cardinal sin, I glassed in my 2 car garage with a fan on me and the doors wide open. Thanks for your responses.
