Actually, I was going to add at the bottom of that post: "I say that despite the fact that I had some fun regarding grammar a few posts ago." I didn't think of myself as gloating so much as pointing out something funny. I do notice all the there/their/they're mistakes, etc., but haven't given anyone a hard time about it. I just thought some of the word substitutions in a couple of posts were interesting. Someone had been referring to the "haul" of the boat in a number of his posts over a period of weeks and had to have seen it in other people's posts as "hull". I know that old habits die hard, though. I've learned passages on the trumpet incorrectly, and when the mistake was pointed out, it was tough to correct it because it became engrained in my mind as sounded "right" the wrong way...
