I believe your going to have to sand the hatches down. I don't think your going to find any shortcuts. I just tried to put another coat of varnish on my boat for the new season, 60 deg. in my shop.....oops!!! way to cold. Looks like a baby's runny nose after a good sneeze. I start sanding tomorrow. good luck!
