I used to do triathlons about 20 lbs ago and did a lot of bike races to help my training for them. I still ride lots but mostly my mountian bike on trails and to and from work. When I get on the racing bike after so much time on the mtn bike it feels like a rocket.
I think that we have more than a few cyclists here, if you are inclined to get up off the couch and paddle or build a kayak, chances are you've gotten off the couch to go for a bike ride or two.
