I wonder if they have to be 1/8", or is that the minimum?

BTW, inkjet printers use water soluable ink (at least my HP does). Epoxy or varnish might smoudge the ink too, so, as always, do a test first.

You could make a really neat logo (Like a picture of a great auk if that's what you build)
