:so if we were to listen to your libel argument and apply the theory to some
cases of stock market manipulation via Yahoo message boards (which I believe has occurred) then we would see the SEC shutting down Yahoo for "publishing" those posts...which to my knowledge hasn't happened...I think George is a little off base on this one...
