Sorry Al, I had the problem and didn't report it, much trouble, had to finally sand it off after never finding any chemical to remove it. My tape was new just the wrong brand, but I don't remember which I bought or from where so I didn't report. My wife bought some from Wally world and it worked fine course I didn't know that until trying to remove the tape. Wished I would have used her roll first!
