As Roger points out Dyson's the aluminum guy. I think he also is the source for the polyester (dacron) (terylene, to you Brits out there) filter cloth. Check Nick's SOF links for a page on alumocraft. Now that stuff really looks like aircraft! Anybody want to build a Spit? Only 60,000 rivets, you know.
