Hi All,
I am stripping the deck, have faired all the deck forms and am setting the deck shear. I have put some removable (blue) tape on the hull shear to keep them from getting glued together and I have a 1/8th" gap now between the taped hull shear and deck shear is this correct, or is is best to have more clearance ? I have read of others having their decks seem on the small side when they go to tape them together. I realize that this comes from factors others have described and will be much better if not perfect when they are all taped together. I just wonder if having a bigger gap is important for this or other reasons. It seems right to me, I checked Rob's instructions and it is probably right in front of em, but i can't find it and want to make sure, thanks
Arthur
