Need a soft backing pad

Hi all,
Does anyone know where I can purchase a soft backing pad for a Dewalt DW421,
8 Hole ROS? I have checked 3M but had no luck on their web site. Home Depot where it was purchased does'nt know either. Any help would be appreciated.
