You don't need a jointed edge to cut strips from. If you have small irregularites get rid of them with a plane. If you have a big curve mark a chalk line on one edge and cut the excess with a circular saw. Run the sawn edge against your fence to true the other edge and start cutting your strips.

Take more time choosing your boards next time.
