It's a little hard to make any conclusions on the hull form, but the profile and deck remind me a lot of the "Piccolo" featured in "WoodenBoat" way back before I subscribed (issue 50). My lovely wife gave me a copy of a book publish by WB after their first ten years in business and an article on this design is included. The book features reprints of selected articles. I forget if the lines were published. I'll follow up with that information and the issue number that originally featured the article. As I recall the boat was traditinally built, that is plank on frame, but could easily converted to multi-chine S&G, lappled ply or strip built.
