Hi there-

I have broken 2 Greenland paddles, both while rolling. One was a Malone of Maine commercial, failed because the glue line in the lamination was dry. They still haven't replaced it.
The second was a home-made Greenland, broke similarly while rolling. I make them a bit beefier now.
I really need to work on my "broken paddle" roll. Problem is I'm always left with the short end!
Fortunately all this happened in swimming pools.
