Andy:
One thing you might want to do first (if you're making bead and cove strips) is set up your router table.
Here's how I did it:
1) Set my rip fence to 1/4"
2) Ran off a test strip of scrap
3) Ran scrap strip through router table setup with cove bit.
4) Adjusted rip fence accordingly
5) Back to step 2 if needed
If you don't test your strips, you could end up with a couple hundred strips that are all exactly 1/4", but too thick or too thin to be routed properly.
Just my 2 cents.
