hey good idea.
i took a 5in pc of 1/2 in diameter dowel, slotted it for 3/4inch and CA'd in a thin fine toothed jigsaw blade for carving halloween pumpkins faces(nice sharp curves possible). I guess that's a similar idea and maybe the same saw'll work here too!
