I wish you luck in buying your home, but this is probably the wrong forum to sell a boat. You're trying to sell a valuable boat to folks who know the value of the sweat equity you're offloading. You need to sell it to someone who doesn't know the actual "cost" of the boat.

If you have really done a great job of building your boat, contact Pygmy, and see if they have had any interest from people who want to buy a completed boat.

Post messages around town--near kayaking hangouts.
