Hi,

I called System 3 tech support who refered me to the spec tables in the back of the book and there it was. Checking the system 3 epoxy book and they reccomend 14 oz. of wood flour per gallon for gluing. I think a gallon of epoxy weighs 8 lbs. = 96 Oz. So looks like a ratio of 7 parts resin to one part wood flour. While I had the tech on the phone I also asked my question about "post curing" he said although they do have a product that will gain strength in this way, that their regular epoxy formula DOES NOT gain strength in this way at all, so there is no reason for this process when using system 3 regular epoxy. Tech said heat will hasten the cure, but not cause it to gain strength.
