If I understand you correctly, you have a sharp internal right angle that you will need to glass. If this is correct, then I would say you need to ease the inner corner some with a fillet.

Normally I would use sawdust thickened epoxy for this, but if you want to make it look nicer, you could make a small piece of wood moulding that serves as the fillet.
