After I finished glassing the hull I went back and checked and indeed things changed slightly. The hull sides moved inward about a 1/4" so I wound up using sticks to push it back in shape. I lucked out in one aspect last night, I had exactly enough System III Clear coat to finish. Not a drop left to spare. I was panicking about half way through thinking I would come up short on the last 2-3 feet. I hope the rest of the week goes better!
