: properly done stroke doesn't require much upper body strength, so the male

: their arm muscles). Besides women often have a lower center of gravity
: than men, so WE are the ones who'd probably need a more stable platform...

Well said, Peter. Gender has nothing to do with paddling ability. Or boat building ability.
