cloudy/milky epoxy

I've seen this problem posted several times, but never experienced it, until today...and I've built several boats and never had a problem...

This time I'm glassing darker wood....a dark mahogany...and it seems that the longer i work with the expoy, it starts to get milky white....almost like there are lots of little bubbles...but it doesn't go away...luckily the part I'm doing right now gets covered with bottom paint, but when I start on the topsides, I don't want this problem

I'm working inside, in dry conditions, no apparent moisture..its 60-75F....using west epoxy ,slow hardener, with a short nap west roller and a plastic squeegie....its a big boat (20 ft chriscraft) and i end up mixing about a pint or so at a time....

any suggestions?
