I don't have any experience with MLCS bits but the design of their bit compared to the one posted by Chip looks poor. It is a fairly large bit for a 1/4 inch shank and it is not an anti-kickback design.
Your router spins at approximately 23,000 rpm and a bit with a 1/2 inch shank is about 4 times stronger than one with a 1/4 inch shank. This bit really should have a 1/2 inch shank. It will be safer and you will get a smoother cut.
The gullet (opening) on the MLCS is rather large and this can cause tearout and kickback. Although you are not removing much material with this bit an anti-kickback design is much better. It allows less material to be removed per pass and results in a cleaner, smoother cut.
I would highly recommend going with the Amana stacked bit (about $95.00) or the Woodline Arizona 2 piece set(about $35.00)
