I built a stapless Honduras mahogany Wee Lassie II. The construction story and details are on my web site. It has 3/16" strips, bead and coved with 1/4" bits. It is a 13' boat, and weighs a measured 40 pounds. I had a lot of tearout on the mahogany strips while milling the edges, but have since learned that back-routing solves that problem. I wound up scarfing out the defects, and all was well. I did have some problems, but I found out the reasons after the fact.
