Alignment wise the saw is dead nuts on. Blade wobble was set with a dial indicator and a Veritas Saw Blade Truing Disc ... BTW the Truing Disc works perfectly. I got my wobble from .015" down to less than .001" ..., the rip fence is 42" long and straight to within .003", the rip fence is parallel to the blade with about .005" offset at the rear of a 10" blade and the fence doesn't flex or slide off position during the cut. I don't think the Board Buddies are the problem, but I can certainly see the argument of why they could be, so I'll check 'em out. I'm gonna install a splitter on the end of my blade guard mounting hardware that's mounted to the trunion. It would be about a foot behind the blade and I'll make it about the width of the kerf or maybe a tad more.
