: I've glassed in my inside seam, and am about to do the outside...

Hi Mike,
I just completed this step. I scraped the drips along the outside shear area and sanded with 80 grit along the whole area the seam tape will be applied. As I understand it, 80 grit provides a good "tooth" to the surface to make sure the epoxy will adhere well. And no, it's no big deal if your bias cloth stretches a little, as long as it doesn't get too skinny to adequately bridge the seam.
