thin spot in bow :\

When doing the stripping on my bow I needed to use two cheater strips. before doing the cheaters I layed in the strips after them. Now I have plained off a flat section just short of 1/2" on the bow. It is very uniform except for the last cheater strip and the first strip after them. Here the flat section is betwene 1/8" to 1/4".

Now should I beveal the rest of the bow and replane. Or should I start laminating the walnut lamintations on the steam and back fill this area? this area will be well above the water line.

any sugestions welcome.
